I couldn’t ask for any better treatment than my husband received.  I feel that the staff made it easier for my husband’s journey he was taking.  They were also kind and caring to me and my family.

What We Do

Our purpose is to provide a “home” for individuals with 30 days or less life expectancy who have limited financial and caregiver resources. The patient’s hospice team will provide physical, spiritual, emotional, and medical support. We will provide a room and a qualified team of trained staff and volunteers at no cost.

The Journey Home is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization, and all donations are tax deductible.
